People Operations Coordinator -BerlinRosen - NYC

We have an immediate need for an HR Coordinator in our New York office. This role will provide primary support to assigned members of our People Operations team, as well as their associated employee groups. Responsibilities include general recruiting and HR administration support, and process facilitation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide enthusiastic and strategic support to people operations members.
  • General administrative support as requested, including calendaring, meeting management, data entry.
  • Support employee processes and planning as appropriate, including onboarding, training, and events.
  • Coordinating phone, onsite and skype interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high-level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates.
  • Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
  • Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional teams.
  • Support for reviewing application during peak season.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience including scheduling and supporting recruitment activity across remote offices.
  • Experience in prioritizing different functions and tasks while managing their work time.

Desired skills

  • Experience writing across various social media platforms 
  • Advanced Excel skills
